GOOD ENOuGH MOMS

Are you a Brooklyn mom missing community?

Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed?

Would you like to meet other moms, but you are not sure how to find them?

support group

CONFIDENCE • FREEDOM • FRIENDSHIP

Come join our community where we can laugh, cry, and help each other feel supported through the uniquely challenging experience of motherhood. To help us be the good enough moms who we want to be, it is important to feel connected since we are often isolated at home with our babies and other children.

This is a facilitated peer support group where the goal is for moms to support each other, with the guidance of a therapist specializing in postnatal and postpartum issues.

Topics will include, but are not limited to:

• Feeding

• Relationships with family members and partners

• Sleep

• Self-care

• Parent-infant attachment and bonding

• Isolation and how to avoid it

Feel free to come with or without your baby, whichever works best for you and your family. This group is for moms with at least one baby who is 12 months or younger.

Get strategies and support, whether it’s your first baby or your fifth. You’re not alone!
